  Irene is extremely rude. She sent a letter to my fiancees home saying she did not pay her registration sticker. When my fiancee called they threatened her that if she didn't pay again they were going to cancel her plates. I don't know what kind of business they are running there where you don't provide a receipt for a cash transaction. She wants us to pay 180 dollars for plates. I went inside to talk to her to clear this misunderstanding and she was the rudest person. I've dealt with a lot of people and she takes the cake. How she works there I have no idea. I hope the manager David does something about this. Irene and her collegues were all sitting around like chickens waiting for the corn to be thrown isntead of solving this issue.If this company is not holding people accountable for money missing then someone needs to step in there an regulate.
