  Staff goes Above and Beyond! They are excellent! But Dr did not check my daughter closely he just sat at a distance to check for the unknown spots she had. Thank God they went away but he never touched her or got close : ( He was nice but he could've worn gloves and a mask.

  My oldest son had a severe case of acne several years ago and was treated by Dr. Franco with outstanding results. When my third son had a similar bad case of acne last year we initially tried to make an appointment with Dr. Franco, but my son was too impatient to wait for an opening, so we tried a different doctor instead. That other doctor wanted to keep our credit card number on file for "our convenience", prescribed a topical cream that was extremely expensive even after insurance, and wanted you to buy other products (face wash, moisturizer, sunscreen, etc.) from his office, each of which was very expensive. It was also over a three hour wait to be seen. After that bad experience we went to Dr. Franco instead. We were seen immediately with each appointment we had, being in and out of the office in about 15 minutes. He gave us a card with a list of OTC washes, moisturizers, etc. that we could buy at the store, and, when he prescribed a topical cream, told us to call him if it was expensive through insurance (it wasn't) so that he could prescribe something that was cheaper. My son's face is now completely clear. I hope that my youngest son doesn't have any problem if acne; if he does, I will definitely take him to Dr. Franco.
