  Today was my first visit, everyone in the office was very friendly and attentive. Claudia at the front desk was very helpful and so happy to be working at this office. I will definitely be coming back to this office!

  Since my first time contacting this place the receptionist (Claudia) always sounds annoyed and rushed over the phone. I do agree with the other posts about the wait being over an hour every time. If they don't call you a day before to confirm your appointment make sure you call them to confirm you have an appointment scheduled. For whatever reason my appointment did not appear on their list two different times. The first time I rescheduled, the second time I told them not to bother rescheduling me. I'm better off spending my money elsewhere. :) I would like to say the doctor was great. She helped me with my issues and I was pleased with my results. The rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable every time.

  The office staff is friendly. The location is also friendly for people living in far West El Paso. Parking doesn't suck. The doctor is knowledgeable and professional. She takes her time and is thorough.
