- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went with foot discomfort and was hoping for suggestions for physical therapy, exercises, etc. Wanted to "fix" my foot issues not just cover up the pain. All he was interested in was giving my injections. Once I declined them, my appointment was over. He wasn't interested in anything else. Didn't even consider my foot wear, or possible problems causing the issues, or any preventative measures against further problems. No suggestions of what else to do. I brought up shoe inserts and so he gave me a prescription to have a casting made for them, but his office didn't accept insurance for that part. I had to ask for a suggestion of where else to go and it seemed a hassle to offer that. I left the office almost $100 poorer and very discouraged. He made a good first impression and was very nice as a person, but as a foot Dr. he was not helpful for me.October 07, 2017by Teresa Blanke
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪He did two Procedures in house (ingrown nail removal). Dr. Scudday did a really good job on both. Reason for two stars, the wait times are atrocious! They gave me an appointment at 4:30. The office closes at 5. Once I arrived, there was a spill out of patients out in to the hallway, waiting. There were still 8 people ahead of me. While signing in, I over heard two patients state that their appointment times were at 2:30 and 3:30. I arrived around 4:20. I experienced this every visit. Be prepared to wait two hours. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Don't know how it usually is, but I am currently still in the lobby 90 minutes after my appointment. Only reason I haven't left is because I don't want to waste another day waiting. (Update) Wait ended up being 1hr 45 min. Dr and staff were really nice. Gave some swag: a pen and tumbler cup. Bumped from 1 star to 2.April 23, 2017by Stephen Warde
