- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Ceci is FANTASTIC. She is thorough, she investigates things, she is constantly learning. I like her a lot and wish I could see her. The problem is the front office staff. On multiple occasions the young girl who works the front desk has been incredibly rude, difficult, uncompromising, just totally unreasonable. Every single visit before they have run the bill through my insurance program and then I've paid whatever insurance won't cover. This time I'm standing there with my 3 week old infant trying to get in to talk to Ceci about a prescription to help me make more milk for breastfeeding and the front desk is giving me a hard time about paying for the visit in advance. I'm a repeat patient, and I've always paid any bill outstanding so there was absolutely no reason to suddenly treat me differently. Meanwhile there is a man in the waiting room coughing and a woman in the waiting room wearing a mask and I've got my 3 week old baby. Totally unreasonable and unforgivably rude. I've even referred other people to their office to be treated so I guess that's the thanks I get. If Ceci would move to another practice I would follow her, but until they get rid of the front office staff or teach them how to act like decent human beings I'm done going back.June 28, 2017by Leslie Driggers
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very friendly staff, until the Dr comes out and starts arguing with one of them and going in an argument one on one, very unprofessional, by the Dr. I go in for a $40 physical, and turns out I needed to pay testings up to $600. Very upset since I took the day off and said they could fulfill what was needed, when at the time of the appointment they tell me I need to see another specialist.February 24, 2017by Jaime Gardea
