- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The office staff is rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. The person in charge of billing makes countless mistakes and if you question her about charges, she confuses herself trying to explain it to you! Some of the doctors forget to record important information about visits, such as, vaccines administered, medication prescribed, etc. We will NEVER return to this establishment.August 15, 2017by Maria Flores
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am very grateful to have found EP Pediatrics, especially Dr. Segapeli for my little boy. They have convenient hours, you can speak to an office nurse after hours. They divided the office waiting area into two sections well and sick. They take almost all insurances. The Doctors are amazingly knowledgeable, the nurses are super sweet. The front staff has always been polite and courteous with us. Never have we encountered any negatives. If the assigned pediatrician is not available when going in as a walk in you can still be seen by another doctor there. It is an amazing place I have no idea why others have written bad reviews, because personally I have always had a positive experience. I strongly recommend.December 27, 2016by Daniela A.
