- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Alberto Dominguez's Team offers Horrible Customer Service. No Sense of Urgency. I have been waiting on a reimbursement for months and they still have not paid me back after switching over to another Company. If you are buying a new house in west El Paso, please go with USAA or Geigo. Do not even bother to give any Farmer agent the opportunity to even give you a quote. They offered higher premium and a very poor customer service. You can call to their office and you can overhear people laughing and making joke while answering phone calls.
