  I was desperate for medical care due to a chronic illness. I decided to go to the ER in hopes that they could help. I went in knowing that my medical issue does not warrant an immediate response from the medical staff in an ER, so I assumed I would be in for a long wait. However, that was not the case. I was in and out within an hour. Everyone was caring, kind, and patient with me. From the nurses, to the PA, and the person who needs your insurance details. From the moment I walked in and signed myself in, I was taken care of. The nurse apologized for me having to wait a few minutes because it was busy during the time I went in. That was close to 8pm. Everyone was being so nice that I was in shock. After a few minutes of wait time, it was a quick and a relatively painless procedure to give me immediate relief. Thank you! This was a great experience.

  Took my mother here last week. Very Impressed. She had fallen and we thought she might have broken a rib. Luckily, she did not. BUT, thank you to Dr. Cosban who thought there might be more and found out she had probably fallen because her sodium, potassium and something else were all low from her new water pill. He explained everything and even called her doctor for us to let them know we might be changing her medicines. If the team at Las Palmas Hospital had not thought to look further she might be home in worse shape. We will continue to trust this place as we always have.
