  There is nothing wrong with the doctors and PAs, but the front office staff never does what they are asked to do. They talk back and flatly deny that they have ever been asked to do anything. The same goes for the Wedgewood location.

  This place is terrible for customer service. Doctors are adequate but the staff are very unprofessional. They will not return calls and it is impossible to get them to call in prescriptions. I was a patient for 3 years but couldn't take it anymore. I do not recommend this office.

  The only reason I come here is because the doctors are very good...I agree with the other reviews about unprofessional staff...Diana in particular is a b*** and talks down to patients...I was promised a call back today from TJ, the office is now closed, so much for customer service. I miss Kathy!

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband and I came here to have a simple form signed saying we are healthy I got here 30 mins before my appointment and waited for over an hour after my appointment time. My husband also waited for an hour after his appointment time had already passed I had this appointment scheduled for 2 weeks. I will never come back nor will I ever recommend this doctors office
