- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctors and physician assistants are kind and professional, but some of the clerical staff are pretty rude. I had gone to see someone on a walk in basis, and I was told to set up an appointment. Okay, no big deal. I said that I'd much rather be seen on that day because I have a busy, sporadic schedule. That's when they asked what I specifically had that made it so urgent for me to be seen on that day. I didn't appreciate that. Maybe I'm a little sensitive to that, but my condition is between me and my doctor and not some bitter receptionist who'd rather have less work to do.June 25, 2017by Jesse Quintanilla
